Zoe carries a deep secret: since childhood, she has possessed a mystical ability to repel death, a power always preceded by the scent of coffee and a vision of a man she calls the Commander—an ageless figure from another dimension who promises to one day find her.

Her life unravels when she accidentally leaves her private sketchbook at the diner. Mia discovers its pages, which detail not just idle comics, but a vivid, ongoing psychic connection between Zoe and the Commander—partners stranded across dimensions, using their unique bond (amplified by her special coffee, the ZOElixiR) to find each other. Meanwhile, at the lab, Alexander’s growing concern for Zoe leads him to hack her confidential file. He uncovers a terrifying truth: a powerful Corporation has been documenting her entire life since infancy, believing she is the key to a revolution against the global economic system. They see her not as human, but as a “universal entity,” a living bridge between mysticism and science.

When Zoe uses her ability to save Alexander’s diabetic cat, her power is fully exposed to him. Instead of fear, Alexander offers a theory: she is an anchor, a displaced being with a destiny tied to other realities. Their investigation triggers a violent response from the Corporation.
